SC Portal Mobile turns an authorized staff member's phone into a portable Site Commander action panel — trigger the automations and emergency actions your facility has assigned, and receive security and emergency notifications.

Getting started

SC Portal Mobile is provisioned by your facility administrator. On the first screen, enter the 8-digit enrollment code your administrator gives you and tap Enroll. Your assigned buttons then appear on the panel.

Common questions

• Where do I get an enrollment code? From your facility's Site Commander administrator. There is no public sign-up.
• It says "invalid or expired code." Enrollment codes are single-use and expire after a short window. Ask your administrator to generate a new one.
• I'm not receiving notifications. Make sure notifications are allowed for SC Portal Mobile in your device Settings. If they still don't arrive, contact your administrator to confirm your device is assigned to the right alerts.
• How do I re-enroll or switch servers? Open the menu (⋮) in the app and choose Reset enrollment, then enter a new code.
• A button didn't work. Buttons trigger actions on your facility's Site Commander server; if one fails, confirm with your administrator that the action is configured and your device is authorized.

Requirements

SC Portal Mobile is a companion to the Site Commander security and communications platform and requires access to a Site Commander server provided by your organization. It is intended for authorized facility staff.
