This policy explains how E-Tech Sales LLC ("E-Tech," "we," "us") handles mobile phone numbers and message data in connection with the SiteCommander security and emergency alerting service. It supplements our general Privacy Policy.
SiteCommander sends operational security and emergency alerts (for example: forced-door, panic, and system alarm notifications) by SMS/MMS to a facility's own authorized staff. This is not marketing. Messages are transactional and event-driven.
Recipients are enrolled by their facility's site administrator during onboarding. When your number is added, you consent to receive operational alerts from SiteCommander. There is no public sign-up; enrollment is internal to your organization. You may opt out at any time (see below).
Solely to deliver the security/emergency alerts you are enrolled to receive, and to operate, secure, and troubleshoot that messaging.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
We share your number only with our messaging service providers — our SMS aggregator/carrier (VoiceTel Communications) and the mobile carriers — strictly to deliver the messages you are enrolled to receive. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for any other purpose.
Message frequency varies and depends on facility events; the program is low-volume. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to re-enroll. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@etechsales.org.
We retain your number for as long as you are enrolled in your facility's alerting, plus the period required to meet legal and operational obligations, after which it is removed. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect this data.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
